Terms & Conditions:

1. Customers are required to sign a 2-year contract. During the contract duration, only toners from GLOBAL INK TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD can be purchased.
2. Once the contract is signed, the customer will be provided a printer on a loan basis. The printer is to be kept on office premises throughout the duration of the contract.
3. If the printer is removed from office premises, the customer will be required to pay RM1000 for each printer.
4. If it is discovered that clause (1) is breached and customer is using toner from a different source, the customer will be required to pay RM1000 for each printer and the contract will be terminated immediately. Customers will be allowed to keep the printer.
5. Free routine service and maintenance will be provided; however, customers have to cover the cost of labour charges and parts replacements for damages due to user/human negligence and/or misuse.
6. Customers are to allow and facilitate GLOBAL INK TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD and its appointed personnel to perform service & maintenance work on their office premises.
7. Customers can terminate this contract at any time by paying RM1000 for each printer. Customers will be allowed to keep the printer.
